What You Need for this Position

• 5+yrs Technical Writing (writing specifications, training documentation)
• Experience writing documentation and procedural manuals for multiple audiences
• Experience translating technical information into easily understood information for system users
• MS Office, Google Drive, Screen capture software
• Eye for detail
• Written and verbal communication

It Is a Plus If You Have Experience

• Creating training videos
• Manufacturing or Distribution software (as a user or trainer on the software)
  

What You Will Be Doing

‍

This Role Will Be Working With

60-70% release documents (user grids, functional workflows, release notes)

20-30% training materials

10% support documents (knowledge based articles, etc)

• Create and maintaining high-quality documentation to support our software system users, both internal and external
• Work closely with the Customer Service/Business Analyst, Development, and DevOps teams
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience
