Job Overview

• Open to Remote - Must work PST hours; Preference: Local to Bay Area
• This contractor position will be working in the Sales Solutions team. The Sales Solutions team delivers a relationship-driven platform that connects B2B sales organizations to buyers at scale. The Sales Navigator product taps into our member network to power Sales professionals find and build relationships with prospects and customers through social selling.
• The right candidate will have demonstrated solid leadership in leading teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. This candidate is expected to perform using best practices for scheduling, monitoring, tracking and execution of our projects as well as initiating, planning, and executing intermediate-to-large scale, cross functional, critical programs.
  

Responsibilities

• Create a collaborative work environment that fosters accountability, transparency, and excellence. Manage and maintain a prioritized Program backlogs based on highest business value and ensure forward momentum with project execution. Provide clean escalations to surface risks and remove roadblocks. Assess and mitigate risk exposure.
• Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.
• Partner with technical leadership on project execution and team efficiency.
• Evaluate, champion and drive adoption of appropriate Agile software development methodologies throughout the team.
• Help teams be more efficient, see the big picture and ensure processes scale appropriately with the company.
• Develop strong partnerships with technology and business leaders.
• Effectively communicate to technical leadership and business stakeholders on program progress and deliverables
  

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of full time program management experience within a technical department.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile Methods through multiple teams (Scrum, Kanban).
• B.S./B.A. in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastered Agile methods and practices through multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban).
• Practical and advanced understanding of managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs and projects..
• Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects.
• Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization.
• Successfully traverse tactical and strategic objectives.
• Experience in planning and collaboration tools.
