About the Role

• A chance to build and grow PixieBrix's community as a leading voice at the company
• Create, manage, and share community content (short posts, long-form content, videos, documentation, etc.) focused around product awareness, education, user success, and other compelling topics
• Provide support for troubleshooting and effectively coordinate with internal technical resources to provide support as needed
• Establish community KPIs, report on the community's performance, and drive initiatives to improve

About You

• 3+ years of experience building and growing online communities, forum moderation, user advocacy and marketing content creation, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Ability to lead community strategy, content calendar, and goals, as well as rapidly execute against them
• Ability to effectively coordinate with internal technical resources as needed
• Experience designing and developing marketing content internally as well as working with external contractors and agencies
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of community platforms (experience with Discourse is a plus)
