At RudderStack, we are redefining enterprise-scale data collection and routing. We are building a customer data platform (CDP) on the customer's own data warehouse. Our open-source, developer-first approach is the first of its kind. We understand the outsized impact customer data has on businesses, and we understand the challenges and pain points. We are looking to solve the customer data management problem in enterprises, once and for all, in a secure, compliant and cost-effective way.
RudderStack collects data from 30+ sources, can transform events on the fly, and routes to 150 different marketing, sales, product, analytics applications all with one snippet of code.
We’re backed by Kleiner Perkins and S28 and have raised $26m in funding. Our customers include Stripe, Crate + Barrel, Acorns, Hinge, and Priceline. We process critical customer data for some top companies around the world, and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and help shape the future of our product.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who’s an engineer and a storyteller, representing RudderStack to developer communities all around the world and inspiring new and existing users to build on top of the RudderStack platform.
As a Developer Advocate, you’ll establish strong relationships with developers around the world in a scalable way, by crafting great resources to help developers build with RudderStack, including samples, workshops, office hours, and events. You’ll foster developers communities, championing their interests and translating their feedback into actionable product insights.
The goal of the developer advocate program is to make RudderStack’s content hub the best place to get thoughtful content on data engineering. As the first member of our developer advocate team, you will work closely with the founders and our growing community.
If you’re passionate about connecting with developers, trying out new frameworks and technologies, and sharing what you’ve learned with the world, we’d love to hear from you.
*Our roles are remote first, and can be based anywhere in the US. (#LI-Remote)
